Wednesday September 7th 1791

 1 pm: Moderate and fair

 2 pm: Saw a Mother Careys Chicken

 4 pm: Scrubbed the Hamacoes

 7 pm: At Sun Set wetted the Spar Deck

12 mid: Fresh Breeze – Shortened Sail for the Assistant

 7 am: Got the Chests and Bags up, and Washed the Gun Deck

 8 am: Fresh Breezes – rather hazy

10 am: Sheerwaters about

11 am: Carpenters fixing wash boards to the Ports – The Assistant in Company
   Latitude Observed 19°..25′ North

12 noon: At Noon all sail set
