Bond's Providence Logbook Dec 15, 1792

Remarks &c Saturday 15th December 1792

 1 pm: Fresh breezes and cloudy weather hauled in the lee steering sails

 4 pm: Mustered and took an account of the Peoples Clothes.

 6 pm: Made ye Assistants signal to come within hail – found all well on board. Worked the Pumps as usual, and wetted the Decks according to the general order.

 8 pm: Fresh breezes and cloudy.

 4 am: Dark cloudy weather At ½ past 5 in starboard and set the larboard steering sails. Scrubbed the Watch's Bags. Saw a brown Sheerwater and many Porpoises; also a large quantity of Fish spawn.

 8 am: Cloudy; Served the usual Breakfast. Washed the Gun Deck & cleaned the Orlop and Cockpits. Aired with Brodies stoves. Bent the Bower and sheet Cables. Served Sour Krout.

12 noon: Moderate breezes and cloudy weather Assistant in company
   Latitude Observed 15°·57′ South
