Bond's Providence Logbook Jan 29, 1792

Remarks &c towards New Holland 29th January 1792

 1 pm: Moderate breezes and fair weather People employed mending their Cloaths &c.

 3 pm: Saw several Albatrosses

 5 pm: Set steering sails

 7 pm: Hazy Horizon and cloudy weather

12 mid: Small rain &c

 1 am: Fresh breezes with a thick haze and drizzling rain, the wind flew suddenly round to the SW – Up Main Sail, in Fore Top Gallant Sail, and carried a Light in the Poop Lanthorn

 5 am: Moderate & cloudy made more sail

 8 am: Drizzling rain, cleaned below and aired ship with fires – Served Sweet Wort and Krout.

11 am: Mustered the ships company in Divisions & performed Divine Service.

12 noon: Moderate breeze and cloudy – Assistant in company
   No Observation
