Bond's Providence Logbook Jan 6, 1792

Remarks &c towards New Holland 6 January 1792

 1 pm: Moderate and fair weather sat steering sails & Royals

 4 pm: Made the Assistant's signal, spoke her, and found all was well on board

 7 pm: Saw several White Petterals

 8 pm: Let water in and pumped it out of the well as usual – Moderate & fine weather a swell from the WSW.

 4 am: Cloudy

 5 am: Saw several Albatrosses

 9 am: Saw several Spermaceti Whales

10 am: Exercised Great Guns and Small Arms

12 noon: Moderate breezes & Cloudy – Assistant in company
   Latitude Observed 37°.56′ South
