 3 pm: Squally, in 2nd reef Main & 3rd reef Fore Top Sails – handed Mizen Top, & Top Gallant Sails

 5 pm: Fresh gales & cloudy

 6 pm: Water let, every evening, into the ship and immediately pumped out.

 8 pm: More Moderate sat Mizen Top Sail

 9 pm: Fresh breezes and fine cloudy weather

11 pm: Squally thick weather with rain. – Thunder & lightning in the SW. Shortened sail.

 2 am: Fresh gales and cloudy.

 3 am: At daylight made sail.

 7 am: Out all reefs

 8 am: Moderate breezes, washed the Gun, Orlop and Cockpit decks. Loosed the small sails to dry

10 am: Exercised the Boat's Crews at Small Arms.

11 am: Served Krout & vinegar to ship's company.

12 noon: Fresh breezes and fine weather saw several Albatrosses Assistant in Company
