 6 pm: Moderate & hazy – almost a fog.

12 mid: Ditto Weather.

 4 am: Light breezes and hazy

 8 am: Up all chests and Bags, and washed fore & aft. At 9 saw the Peak of Teneriffe SW.

10 am: Down studding sails – Ditto Weather.

11 am: Ditto Weather. at Noon the Peak bore SW¾W & the last part of the Island S¼W.

12 noon: Ditto Weather. Assistant in Company.
