Providence Logbook Nov 18, 1792

Remarks Sunday 18th November 1792 Towards [Cape of Good Hope]

 1 pm: Light Winds and fine Weather Employed mending & Washing Clothes.

 2 pm: Albetrosses and a Pintada Bird seen.

 5 pm: Worked the Pumps as usual.

 8 pm: Moderate and fine Night. carrying all Sail.

12 mid: Sea from the Westward gone down.

 6 am: Served Hot Breakfast as usual. Portable Soup in the Pease for Dinner. Krout as customary.

 8 am: Mustered the Ships Company and saw every Person clean dressed. They were remarkably well looking. Aired below with Fires. Performed Divine Service.

12 noon: Fresh Gale and Hazy Weather. Top Gallant Studding Sails and all Sails set. My Plants doing charmingly.
