Providence Logbook Mar 18, 1792

Remarks Sunday 18th March 1792 Towards Otaheite

 1 pm: Light Breezes and Cloudy Weather. People Employed cleaning & mending Cloaths

 6 pm: Let fresh Water into the Ship and Worked the pumps as usual —

 8 pm: Many luminous blubbers on the Surface of the Water.

10 pm: Calm at times – Fires all Night to Air Ship

 1 am: Light Breezes and Cloudy Weather

 4 am: Set Steering Sails

 6 am: Moderate and Cloudy Weather

 7 am: Served thick portable Soup Gruel for Breakfast Krout and Sweet Wort, Bore Cole in the Pease for Dinner. —

 9 am: Cleaned Ship – Mustered the Ships Company

10 am: Performed Divine Service

12 noon: Fresh Breezes and Cloudy Weather, all Sails Set
   Assistant in Company
