Remarks Thursday 15th March 1792 Towards Otaheite

 1 pm: Fresh Gales and dark Cloudy Weather. The Horizon constantly thick

 3 pm: Sailmakers employed repairing the Sails in the Cabbin.

 6 pm: Let fresh Water into the Ship and Worked the pumps.—

 7 pm: In 4th. Reef Main Top Sail.–

10 pm: Fires all Night to Air Ship & dry Cloaths.

 2 am: Frequent Showers of Rain.

 4 am: Out 4th. Reef Main Top Sail.

 6 am: Saw Some Weed & the common Oceanic Birds

 8 am: Very Damp and Misty Weather. Served Portable Soup Gruel &c &c as Yesterday.—

10 am: Cleaned and dried below.

12 noon: Very Fresh Gale and Misty Weather. The Sun just observable at times. In 4th. Reef Main Top Sail
  Assistant in Company.
 Broached a puncheon of Spruce Beer for the Ships Company —
