Remarks Tuesday 24th January 1792 [Towards Van] Diemans Land

 1 pm: Light Breezes and Fine Weather

 2 pm: Opened a Cask of Beef No. 1618 Contents 66 Double peices — New parralled the Fore Yards

 4 pm: Saw a broken peice of Rock Weed. —

 6 pm: Set fresh Water into the Ship and worked the pumps. —

 8 pm: Cloudy Weather. Fires all Night to air Ship

 8 am: Fair Weather. Cleaned below and Dried with Fires — Served a hot Breakfast of thick Gruel and Portable Soup. Served Sweet Wort

10 am: Exercised at Small Arms, and Carpenters fitting the Scuttles —

12 noon: Fair Weather and Light Breezes - all Sails set
   Assistant in Company
