Wednesday December 26th Moderate breeze and fine weather – AM Sent a Partie to gather water Cresses – served them to the Crew – Struck the Main Top Gallant Mast hooped it where sprung & swayed it up again – employed in the Spirit Room – Washed the Gun, Orlop, & cockpit decks – broached a Puncheon of Spruce beer
