Remarks ♃ [Thursday] 3rd St Helena to the West Indies

 1 pm: Moderate Breezes & fine Weather

 2 pm: Very few Birds or Fish seen

 4 pm: Ditto Weather

 5 pm: The Fore Top Mast Stay sail being repaired unbent the best and bent it

 8 pm: Cloudy Weather

 9 pm: Took in the royals

12 mid: Frequent Showers of Small rain but it has no Effect upon the Wind

 3 am: Heavy rain

 4 am: Light Breezes & thick cloudy Weather

 5 am: Fair Weather Set the royals

 6 am: Increasing Breezes and fair Weather Some flying Fish seen

 8 am: Steady Trade and cloudy Weather

 9 am: Exercised the Great Guns & Marines at Small Arms.

10 am: Carpenters fixing and repairing Swivel Stocks – People making Matts, Spun yarn &c

11 am: A Puncheon of Spruce Beer broached for the Ships Company

12 noon: At Noon Moderate Trade and cloudy Weather
Assistant in Company.
