 1 pm: Light Airs inclinable to Calm

 2 pm: Saw a Gannet Boobie and a Shark

 4 pm: Pleasant Breezes & fine Weather flying Clouds

 6 pm: Before Dark – In royals & Top Gallant Studding sails

 8 pm: Moderate Breezes & fine Weather

12 mid: Ditto Weather Assistant ahead carrying a Light as usual

 4 am: Ditto Weather

 5 am: Made all Sail

 6 am: Saw a Booby

 8 am: Fine pleasant Weather

 9 am: Fires in the Cockpit Stoves – Saw a Shoal of Fish and a Flock of Birds – Caught a [blank] Bird called a Sand-piper – Saw a brown Sheerwater and a few flying Fish

12 noon: At Noon Moderate Breezes & fine Weather Swell from the SW continues
