Bond's Providence Logbook Oct 11, 1791

Remarks &c Tuesday 11th October 1791

 1 pm: Moderate breezes with open weather

 2 pm: Hazy.

 4 pm: Fine weather

 8 pm: Cloudy.

10 pm: I was able by the Assistance of a common acromatic Telescope to ascertain the Longitude very near Captain Bligh's chronometer.

12 mid: Made and shortened sail occasionally

 4 am: Fresh breezes and fine pleasant weather

 7 am: Roused up the best bower Cable and took off the half cable service – cleaned below and aired with fires

10 am: Fresh breezes, tarred down the mizen rigging – Saw several wing Cape flying fish

12 noon: Moderate breezes and open cloudy weather Assistant in company.
   Latitude Observed 15°·38′ South
