1 pm: Fine Weather. People employed mending their Cloathes

 2 pm: Sold the Wearing apparel and every thing but the Books and Instruments of Mr. Hinde.

 5 pm: Exercised Great Guns and Small Arms.

 6 pm: Shortned Sail for the Assistant. In 1st. Reefs and kept the Top Sails on the Cap.

10 pm: Made Sail and bore down for the Assistant

 4 am: Out all Reefs and set Royals. Caught two Dolphin. The front of the Male formed a perpendicular line from the Mouth. The Female arched equally from the mouth towards to back and towards the belly. We discovered the Sex by the Roe.

 8 am: Saw much Gulph Weed. Exercised Great Guns. Cleaned below
Mustered and saw every person clean dressed and performed Divine Service.
