Providence Logbook Dec 29, 1792

Remarks Saturday 29th December 1792 Towards [St. Vincents]

 1 pm: Fresh Breezes and very Cloudy Weather. All Sails Set.

 5 pm: Let fresh Water into the Ship and worked the Pumps.

 2 am: Gunners employed in the Magazine.

 4 am: Scrubbed Hammocks, Saw a Man of War Bird.

 6 am: Light flying Showers of Rain

 8 am: Served thick Portable Soup Gruel for Breakfast and Fresh Beef or Dinner.

10 am: Washed Ship in every part and dried thoroughly with Fires.

11 am: Sailmakers repairing the Old Fore Sail.

12 noon: Moderate and very Cloudy Weather. The Sun to be seen at times. Royals and all Sails set.
   Assistant in Company.
