Providence Logbook Dec 24, 1791

Remarks Saturday 24th December 1791 [Towards Van] Diemans Land

 1 pm: Fresh Breezes and fair Weather

 4 pm: Mustered the Ship's Company
Ordered fresh Water to be let every afternoon into the Ship, and the pumps Worked to sweeten & keep the Hold free of bad airs.
 This has been generally done throughout the Voyage.

 8 pm: Tacked.

 5 am: Out all Reefs

 6 am: Saw Two Whales

 8 am: Got all Chests, Bedding & Cloaths up from below & Washed & Cleaned ship Fore and Aft.

12 noon: Fine Weather Assistant in Company
