While captain of the Fiery Cross he was inspired through contact with H. Karlsen of Alexandria. Remained with Ulva while in Galápagos, soon return to Larvik. Married to Gudrun Halvorsen; two sons, Eilif and Arne (now living in Oregon). Died in January, 1956.

Initially a colonist for about 18 months, then involved in Antarctic whaling and finally, in 1935, he returned to Santa Cruz. In 1936 he married Solveig Hansen (born December 14, 1899) in Guayaquil. In 1961 he was employed as the first animal warden with the Darwin Research Station. No children. Solveig died August 19, 1972 in Guayaquil. In 1973, Anders returned to Norway to live with a sister in Oslo until his death, August 30, 1980.

Born January 8, 1890, zoologist and curator of the Oslo Museum. About four months ashore. Galápagos sea lion Zalophus californianus Wollebæki named in his honor. Versatile author. First marriage to Agnes; two children. Second marriage to Ruth. He died on March 9, 1960.
Worm-Müller, Arthur Olsen
Born July 16, 1875, from Oslo. Brother of history professor and author Jacob Worm-Müller. worked in Cape Colony, South Africa, then Chigcago where he married Hilda. To Oslo in 1916 where he worked for a shipping company. He fist spent about nine months on San Cristóbal, then in Guayaquil where he was Vice Consul. On Floreana, 1930-1931. On Santa Cruz, 1931-1938, then to Guayaquil. To Norway in 1948 because of illness. Died in 1956. No children.

Born November 19, 1900, store clerk from Oslo/Nordstrand. Wife Ruth. Son Robert born July 29, 1930 in Guayaquil. Cultivated corn and raised chickens on San Cristóbal until 1930. In Ecuador 1930-1932 as agent for SKF (Svensk Kullagerfabriken AB). Then to Oslo where he started a radio business. Died on January 20, 1965. Robert lives in Tønsberg.

From Drammen, born December 2, 1899. Sailor, adventurar and hotelier. Colonist for about 18 months. Worked in gold mines in Colómbia for about two years. Returned home in 1930. He was well known, along with Birger Bryhn and Thorstein Schyberg, for being one of the first three Norwegians to circumnavigate the globe in a yacht, 1934-1938, in the ex-pilot Colin Archer 39-footer Ho-Ho. Married Karen; no children. Died June 20, 1982.
