Remarks in Toahroah Harbour Sunday 22nd February 1789

Moderate Breezes and Calms with some showers of Rain. The Calms generally are in the middle part. Wind ENE and NE. Thermometer 79¾° to 83°.

No work done to day. Natives off to us as usual. Sick list 6 Venereals, & one Man still ill with a Cold.

At this time of the year the Natives complain very much of colds. Rheumatisms is a common complaint among them.

Tynah and Iddeeah in the afternoon took leave of me again on similar business to what they had been to Windward. I have been employed in surveying and nothing worthy of Notice has occurred.
