Wednesday 9  All these 24 Hours Light Winds & fine Weather PM Unbent the Main Top Sails & unrove the Running Rigging of Ditto & Swayed up the Main Top Gallant mast Received on board Water per Cutter AM got the Main Topsail yard on deck & Employed Overhauling Taring & Repairing the Rigging of it making Spun yarn Sparing down & Taring the Main Topmast Rigging Scraping & Greasing the Main Topmast blacked the head of it & the Cross Trees Natives Trading as usual

Thursday 10  All these 24 Hours Light breezes & fine Weather Got up the Main Topsail yard & Employed Rattling & Taring the Main Topmast Rigging & Fresh seized & Tarred the Top Nettings AM Got the Main yard down Employed Refitting the Rigging of Ditto &c &c One hand picking Oacham Carpenter as before

Friday 11  All this day Fine Weather PM Employed on the Main yard & Fresh serving the Cathairpin legs AM fitted yard Tackle pendants for the Main yard & Rove new Main lifts Received on board some Water Carpenter caulking the Topmast & Main Mast & Greased them

Saturday 12  First part fine Weather Middle Fresh breezes with some Rain Employed Cathairpining the Main Rigging seizing down the Futtock Shrouds & Overhauling blocks .. Blacked the Main Top .. Sailmaker repairing the Main Topsail & Carpenter as before AM Blacked the Main yard People Employed washing & mending their Cloaths .. Cleaned below.. Natives Trading as usual

Sunday 13  First part Moderate & fine Weather People Employed as before Middle parts Fresh breezes with Rain Latter part fine Weather

Monday 14  Fine Weather Middle part Moderate with Rain Latter Fine Weather People Employed Rattling the Futtock Shrouds Tarring & mending the Service & Overhauling the Leading blocks on the Main Rigging Picking Oacham & Cleaning Small Arms Set up the Side Ropes of the Quarter Nettings Carpenter as before

Tuesday 15  First part Fine Weather Employed mending the Service & Tarring & Rattling the Main Rigging & Fresh seizing the Trucks & Blocks Tared the Main & Main Topmast Stays Carpenter Employed as before Middle part Moderate breezes with Rain Latter Fine Weather Heeled Ship & Scrubed under the Bends Carpenter caulking them .. Employed refitting the Rigging at the Top Gallant yards & finished Rattling the Main Rigging .. Received on board Water
