Remarks Saturday November 24th H.M.S. Providence

 1 pm: Moderate Breezes & Cloudy Weather

 2 pm: Squally Weather

 3 pm: 2nd reefed the Mizen topsail

 4 pm: Fine clear Weather

 5 pm: Saw albatrosses & Sheerwaters Pumped the Ship out as usual

 8 pm: Ditto Weather

12 mid: Ditto Weather

 2 am: Squally Weather Took in the Top gallant sails.

 4 am: Cloudy Weather Set Top Gallant sails.

 5 am: Saw oceanic Birds

 8 am: Moderate Breezes & fine Weather

 9 am: Washed and cleaned below – Fires in the Cockpit stoves.

10 am: Sailmakers repairing the Fore topsail. – People about the rigging and picking Oakum.

12 noon: At Noon Moderate Breezes & fine Weather
Assistant in Company.
