Flinders's Providence Logbook Jul 31, 1792

Remarks Tuesday 31st In the South Sea

 1 pm: Light Airs and fair Weather

 2 pm: Sailmakers & People employed about the Sails.

 4 pm: Unbent the Main top gallant sail to repair, bent and set a new one

 6 pm: Worked the Pumps as usual

 8 pm: Cloudy Weather

10 pm: Rainy Weather

12 mid: Light Airs and thick cloudy Weather

 4 am: Cloudy with rain at Times the whole middle Watch

 6 am: Upper Decks washed as usual every Morning

 8 am: Light Airs and dark cloudy Weather with frequent small rain – Cleaned below

10 am: Boats Crews exercised at Small Arms – Carpenters employed in the Greenhouse – Sour Krout served as before

12 noon: At Noon Light Breezes and thick Weather with constant Rain
