Bond's Providence Logbook Jan 24, 1792

Remarks &c Tuesday 24th January 1792

 1 pm: Light breezes and fair weather opened a cask of Pork – Saw a number of Porpoises

 4 pm: New Travelled the Fore Sail Yards.

 7 pm: Let water into the Well and pumped it out as usual.

 9 pm: Light airs and cloudy weather

 4 am: Moderate and cloudy

 6 am: Set all the small sails

 8 am: Cleaned below and aired ship with fires

 9 am: Served Krout and Sweet Wort as usual – Carpenters employed fitting the Scuttles – Exercised Small Arms.

12 noon: Moderate breezes and cloudy – All sail set – Assistant in company
   Latitude Observed 38°:51′ South
