Providence Logbook Oct 15, 1792

Remarks Monday 15th October 1792

 1 pm: Light Airs and fine Weather inclineable to Calm.

 3 pm: Saw Boobies and a Shark.

 6 pm: Moderate Breezes and fine Weather. Let Water into the Ship and worked the pumps as usual.

 8 pm: In Royals Top Gallant Studding Sails and Sprit Sail Top Sail.

 4 am: Set Royals and all Sails.

 6 am: Saw a Booby and some Fish

 8 am: Served thick Portable Soup Gruel for Breakfast. Bore Cole and Portable Soup with Oatmeal for Dinner.

10 am: Saw a Flock of Birds after Fish. Caught a Sand Lark. Some flying Fish. Cleaned Ship and Aired with Fires

12 noon: Light Winds and fine Weather. Swell from the SW. Served a half Pint of Vinegar per Man.
   Assistant in Company.
