1 pm: Fair Weather

 3 pm: Cloudy, Saw a Whale, a Blue Shark Some Bonetos and Oceanic Birds.—

10 pm: Heavy Dew

12 mid: Fair Weather and fine Night.

 8 am: Generally Cloudy – Examined all Bedding and gave clean Hammocks.

 9 am: Served Vinegar Sour Krout & Bore Cole mixed with portable Soup & oatmeal for their Dinners. I likewise ordered thick Gruel & Portable Soup for Breakfast.—

11 am: Served Sweet Wort at 11 O'Clock
Fresh Breezes and Cloudy with fair intervals & the Sea smooth, a few Oceanic Birds.—

12 noon: Assistant in Company with all Sails Set, but we are obliged to shorten for her.—
